closing day

We closed on our property this morning. Things went off without a hitch. We met up with my parents after lunch so they could check out the place. They donated their old coffee maker and my brother’s old microwave for the cause. Coupled with the fridge that comes with the place (which hopefully works) the office kitchen is now fully outfitted in appliances.

This afternoon, Brian’s parents called to invite us out to dinner to celebrate our new acquisition. They took us out to the Boulevard Grill. After dinner, we took them to see the building. The more I go there, the more work I realize we have to do. We’re shooting for Brian to be moved in by April 1. We have a lot of work ahead of us.
