Twenty-one years later…the trim project in my house is finally done. We removed the trim in the living room, dining room, and hall when installing laminate flooring the year Jake was born. In retrospect, that was a horrible idea–we should have just painted it. Anyway, the hall was the last area that needed done. Brian promised he would do it and he finally came through with the trim last week. It wouldn’t have been such a big deal, but all of the pieces had to be cut to custom widths due to the layout of the doors, and I did not have the equipment to do that sort of thing. Anyway, I finished and installed it over the weekend and am so happy it is finally done!
