For the past six months, we tried to sell our rental house, but it just did not go. In fact, hardly anyone even looked at it (maybe one a month, if that). I guess it was just not the right time to sell for the current housing market.
Last night, I listed it on craigslist.org and we’ve already had four inquiries and have two showings set up for Saturday. With any luck, we’ll have it rented by the middle of the month. One thing is for sure, it will be nice to have that stream of income again.
