Jake and I went to see Pigeons Playing Ping Pong at the Flood City Music Festival last night. We met up with one of his friends, my niece (his cousin), and her fiancé. It’s not the usual style of music that I listen to, but there’s no denying that they are a talented bunch of musicians! That was the extent of the music festival for me this year. There weren’t a whole lot of bands that I was interested in, so we just did a one-and-done this year. It was a fun night, though! And definitely worth the money to just see the one band.
