Last night, I met up with a couple I used to work with at Sunquest. We’ve exchanged a few messages throughout the years, but we probably haven’t seen each other in about 10 years. It was great catching up! The music was good, too. Two bluegrass bands played, The Old Willow and The Hillbilly Biscuits.
My parents came over for supper today, and I did poor man’s burnt ends on the smoker. That recipe is a keeper. I also made coleslaw, ciabatta rolls, and no bake chocolate cheesecake bars.
