I never really enjoy reading a book after watching the show or movie, but since I liked the series so much, I figured I’d give this one a shot. In comparison to the show, the book just scratched the surface. The show really took the idea and ran with it. Also, the show was 3 seasons long, and I think the first season covered the book, so there was a lot of additional material written. The book was also missing a lot of cool stuff created for the show, which showed many of the “departures”. In case you didn’t figure it out, I liked the series a lot more than the book.
