onto something

I had two perennial grasses I wanted to get rid of for various reasons. I didn’t want to dig them up because that would have been way too much work to do myself, so I researched some ideas online on how to get rid of them. Someone suggested listing them on Facebook Marketplace for free, but say that the person would have to dig them up themselves. I figured it was worth a shot, so I listed it and was immediately contacted by a handful of interested people. One evening, one of the interested parties stopped by and dug them up. I still can’t believe that worked! All I have to do is fill in the holes with some dirt and plant some grass. It’s kind of late in the year to be planting grass, so that will be a project for next spring.
