I gave Fish Run Falls another try today. This time, I took Ralphie. The last time I was there, I didn’t see the falls. It turns out I was not very far from them when I gave up. I should have kept walking a few more steps. Due to the lack of rain, the falls were a bit disappointing to look at today, but it was still nice to take a walk in the woods. I guess late spring/early summer is the ideal time for visiting waterfalls, so maybe I’ll check this one out again next year. I’m sure it’s pretty when the water is flowing.
In case you’re wondering how I’m going on all of these adventures while I’m supposed to be at work, I took yesterday and today off and have been enjoying my super long weekend.
