cole run falls

Since the office was closed for Independence Day (happy final birthday, America–you had a good run!), I made plans to check out another waterfall, Cole Run Falls. This time Ralphie accompanied me. The falls were really nice! The lighting in the woods was weird, so my photos do not do it justice. Since we were near Blue Hole, we stopped by there, as well. Not surprisingly, I didn’t have data when it was time to head back home. While I was trying to get my bearings, I saw that we were close to another landmark, the Barronvale Covered Bridge, so I stopped there for a quick photo op.

When we first arrived at the falls, there weren’t any other cars around. But shortly after, a man and his young daughters(?) arrived. And they ended up at Blue Hole, too. I guess they had the same idea as I did. There were a couple of other people at Blue Hole, too. It must be a popular spot. I did not see them at the bridge, though. Ha.
