I couldn’t believe the news today. Of course, a few years back, Peter Steele was rumored to be dead and it turned out to be false, so one could hope. But, as the news stories poured in, the truth became obvious.
Type O is one of my all time favorite bands. In the 90s they were THE band. Brian and I must have seen them at least a half dozen times. We even met a few of the members (including Peter) at some of their shows.
What a sad day for music.
